Steps to change the email address that parents can reply to.

Instructions

  1. Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the school menu.

  2. In School, change the email address in Email Reply-To. Do not leave this field blank and ensure that you are using a valid email address.

  3. Tick Reply to user's personal email where available if you want to automatically use the email address saved for each individual user when they send a message rather than this default email address.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. This email address will be used automatically in the Reply To field when sending emails, but you can also manually change this when composing your emails.
