Scope
Steps to check the total usage for messages sent from Messenger.
Instructions

Go to Metrics > Usage Report.

In the From and To field at the top, Open the calendar pop-up to select the period that you want the Usage Report to cover > Go.

This shows a table with the following list of data:

Date: The date that the messages were sent.

Xpressions Count: The number of Xpressions sent.

Email Count: The number of emails sent.

SMS Count: The number of SMS sent.

SMS Units: The number of units those messages were worth
-
SMS Cost: The charge of SMS sent, based on the number of SMS Units.

Voice Seconds (Mobile): The length of a Voice message left on a message
-
Voice Seconds (Landline): The length of a Voice message left on a landline.

At the bottom of the page are the Totals for each data column.

Click Export to Excel to open a spreadsheet with a copy of the data that you can save and send to others.
