Instructions to disable a user and prevent their access to any Messenger account.

Scope

Steps to disable a user login.

Instructions

  1. Go to Tools > Users > Manage Users

  2. Find the user > Actions.

  3. Select Disable User.

  4. The Enabled status will change to False and this user will no longer be able to log into Messenger at all.
