Messenger: Export All Communications

Scope

Steps to use the Export All Comms function.

Instructions

1. Go to Tools > Export All Comms.

2. Select the Start Date and End Date > Next Step.

   • Note: These dates cannot be further than a year apart.

3. In Select Message Category, untick any message categories you want to exclude > Next Step.

4. Keep Select All Contacts or untick this > search for the contact > tick them.

5. Click Next Step > Send.

6. You will receive an email with a link to download the requested data. Click the link to download a spreadsheet with the exported communications data.
