Steps to unlock a user that has been locked out of Messenger after entering the wrong login details three times.
Instructions
Go to Tools > Users > Manage Users.
Find the user with Locked Out as True.
Click Actions > Unlock User.
Locked Out will change to False and that the user will be able to log in provided they have the correct credentials. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Log In.
