Scope

Steps to check the country dialling code used in Messenger.

Instructions

  1. Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

  2. In School, enter the correct dialling code in Country Code e.g., the UK dialling code is 44.

    • Note: Do not enter any text in this field such as United Kingdom as this would prevent your SMS from being sent.

  1. Click Submit.
