Messenger: Update the Head Teacher Name

Scope

Steps to update the headteacher’s name in Messenger.

Instructions

1. Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

2. In School, change Head Teacher Name to the name of your school’s current headteacher/principal.

3. Click Submit.

4. This headteacher’s name can be included when sending messages with the $headteachername$ token. Please read our guide for further information: Messenger: Tokens (Merge Fields).
