Broadcast

Recipients will not be able to reply directly to this message.

When the recipient receives the SMS, it will have been sent from your SMS Sender.

Because the message has not been sent from a mobile number, the recipient cannot reply.

This message type is best used for general announcement and information that do not require any response.

Open

Recipients will be able to reply directly to this message.

When the recipient receives the SMS, it is sent from a mobile number unique to your Messenger account which allows them to reply to the message.

This message type is best used when you need parents to respond to the school ASAP.

Closed

Recipients can reply directly to this message with an answer you have requested.

You can ask with a question with up to three possible answers by using tokens which encourage the recipient to respond exactly as you need them to.

This message type is best used for quick questionnaires or surveys.
