Scope
Steps to select a different profile for a user to change their user roles.
Instructions

Go to Tools > Users > Manage Users.

Find the user > Actions.

Select Change Profile.

In the Select profile drop-down, choose one of the following:

Minimum User
-
User
-
Power User
-
Administrator
-
Click Submit.

The selected user’s Profile Name will change to the option selected, and they will now have the user roles assigned to that profile. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: User Roles and Profiles.
