Messenger: Change Voice Message Options

Scope

Steps to change basic options for voice messages.

Instructions

1. Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

2. In Sending, click on Emergency & Voice Settings > Options.

3. Select one of the following options for Text to Speech Voice:

   • Male

   • Female

4. Select one of the following options for Answer Machine Detection:

   • Hangup in machine is detected.

   • Continue if machine is detected.

5. Select one of the following options for Pre-recorded voice prompts:

   • Yes.

   • No – text to speech will be used instead.
