Messenger: Creating Voice Messages

Scope

Steps to compose voice messages.

Instructions

1. Choose a message template from the Message Library or compose the message yourself in the text editor.

   • Note: If you are also sending an SMS, Voice script content same as SMS is ticked by default. Untick this to write a separate message.

2. Apply Spell Check to have the system automatically scan your text and find any spelling mistakes in your message.

3. For Voice Template, choose whether to include the voice message introduction.

4. For Text to Speech Voice, choose the gender of the voice used.

   • Note: You can change the default for this in Account Settings. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Change Voice Message Options.

5. For Voice Caller ID, select the relevant ID from the drop-down menu.

6. Continue to Step 11 in Messenger: Send Advanced Messages.
