Messenger: Change the Default Send To Option

Scope

Steps to change the default Send To option in Advanced Messaging.

Instructions

1. Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

2. Select one of the options for When creating a new message, send to:

   • Primary Parental Contact: It will default to this as the Sent to option every time.

   • Last Chosen: It will default to the Send to option that was used for the previous sent message.

3. Click Submit.

   • Note: The user sending a message can always change the Send to option when creating a new message. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Send Advanced Messages.
