Steps to switch on backup SMS when an Xpression is not delivered.
Instructions

Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

In Xpressions, tick Send backup SMS is Xpressions cannot be delivered?

For Time to wait before sending backup SMS (minutes), click on the drop-down and select a time.

Click Submit.

If an Xpressions cannot be delivered to a contact, they will automatically receive an SMS with a copy of the original message after the chosen wait period. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Xpressions and Enhanced Xpressions.
