Steps to send warning emails to yourself when using the Documents module.
Instructions

Go to Tools > Account Settings or click on the school name in the main menu.

In Sending, go to Send warning email when sending reports and select one of the following:

Never: You will not receive a warning email when you send reports.

When no reports are sent: You will receive a warning email only when reports fail to send.

Always: You will receive a warning email whenever you send reports.
