Scope
The list of messages status and descriptions for Xpressions.
Message Status Types
Xpressions has two different types of messages statuses in History:

Xpressions Status: This status is for the push notifications sent to the recipient’s mobile device to indicate a new Xpression has been received.

Xpressions Timeline Activity: This status is for the message itself that appears within the Xpressions app/website.

Submitted
|
This is the initial status until the push notification is Created, Delivered, or another status is returned. There may be a short delay, especially when sending many Xpressions at once, between submitting your message and it being sent by the message provider.

Created
|
The message has been created in the recipient’s Xpressions account, but their device’s service provider has not yet delivered the notification for it.
|
|
Delivered
|
The recipient has received a push notification for the Xpression.
|
|
Delivered Late
|
The recipient did not receive a push notification until after the validity period, usually 3 days.
|
|
Device offline, SMS sent
|
An Xpression could not be sent so a backup SMS has been sent instead. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Send Backup SMS for Undelivered Xpressions.

Sent
|
This may sometimes appear immediately after you have sent your Xpression, and there is a short delay before it is delivered.

|
Created
|
The message itself has been added to the recipient’s Xpressions Timeline. Even if the recipient has not received the push notification, they will still be able to see the message within their Xpressions account.

Opened
|
The recipient has opened Xpressions (via app or web) after the message was added to their Xpressions Timeline. Read our guide for further information: Messenger: Log into Xpressions.

Replied
|
